Introducing the band

On Vocals: Patty Powell

I am a true native of Tucson, AZ. born and raised here. Currently I run my husbands masonry company, Powell Masonry Inc. I have always felt that singing is one of the true passions in my life.

I started singing in high school choir. I then moved on to singing, and playing guitar in my church choir. I have always enjoyed singing, and started doing one hour shows for adult care centers in 1996. I am still currently doing those shows. I got started in Retro Swing 7 three years ago. Beverly Schessler (our Trombone player's wife) recommended me to the band after hearing me sing at her mother's care center. It is a thrill singing with such talented musicians. I hope to be singing with the band for years to come.
